Elite requires all roofs which have been replaced by Elite to be cleaned and conditioned once every 6 month period in order to maintain their lifetime warranty to prevent long term issues. The customer can have this maintenance completed by Elite, a 3rd party shop or the customer can perform the cleaning and preventative maintenance themselves. If the customer is unable to provide proof of maintenance, this warranty will be void. Photos and an invoice will be required as proof of maintenance.)

Elite RV Roof + Collision gives our customers a limited lifetime structural warranty for Rhino Eco-Coat® protective linings by Elite. Elite’s structural warranty covers all workmanship related issues that arise. The structural warranty covers issues such as staples backing out or decking becoming loose. Elite’s limited structural lifetime warranty only covers issues that have not been caused by any external forces. If the customer has an issue with a roof that Elite RV Roof and Collision has applied a Rhino Eco-Coat® protective lining to, the issue must be brought to Elite’s attention within 5 business days of discovery to avoid further damages from occurring. Waiting to alert Elite RV Roof and Collision to any issues with your roof any longer than 5 business days after discovering any issues will result in the termination of this warranty.
In order for the customer to maintain their limited lifetime warranty, the customer must allow Elite RV Roof and Collision to inspect their roof once every 6 months. If the customer is within 25 miles of an Elite RV Roof and Collision location, a representative will travel to the customers location to inspect their roof free of charge. To ensure there are no long term issues the customer must alert Elite RV Roof and Collision as soon as any bubbles or gaps are found.
